The Tramonto Villas Hotel

The Tramonto Villas Hotel is located right along the Tramonto quebrada, a small stream that flows through the property. Each side of stream has a 45 Feet protected area and we will utilize this area to create a “river walk” including café’s bakeries, small sitting areas where paint and art fairs will take place.

The Villas will be used as the hotel guest quarters; these units are supplemented by the Residences at Ailanto and the Condos at Ailanto Lake whenever they become fully occupied.

The hotel has a conference center building (The Club House), a Concierge service and tour desk (“At Your Beck and Call”) as well an ample Reception Center (The Welcome Pavilion) located right at the development’s entrance. In this pavilion, small shops will also be housed as well as Security and a training center.

Since no cars are allowed, except for emergency vehicles, a parking lot and a Helipad have been designed at the entrance as well. All Guests will be encouraged not to rent cars and for that a full Limo service will be provided to pick up and drop off guests at the airport.

Internal transportation is with golf carts or by walking.

The Ailanto Association will provide all garbage pick up as well as utilities.



The Hotel development is monitored 24/7 by the Ailanto Association Security services.
