The Condos at Ailanto 14 Buildings and many choices await you at Ailanto. Our 4 story, elevator-serviced buildings are placed on the Southside of the property and around Ailanto Lake. We have designed all of our condos to be flexible and customizable, choose from any model and we will build it for you.
The Buyer is given the option to place the home or condominium in to the "Optional Rental Management Program" for purposes of leasing the units to the Hotel and Spa guests, the buyer would receive 60% of the rental revenue when the unit is rented to third parties.
There are no vehicles allowed on the site, we have made arrangements for guest to park in Ailanto Parking Lot located at the entrance of the complex. The Ailanto Association will provide transportation via Golf carts within the complex. The Ailanto association will provide garbage pick up and all utilities to each Condominium for a monthly HOA fee.
