Estancia is located on 83 acres of unspoiled beauty in an area known as “The Cradle of Ecology”.

Bordering the Miravalles National Park and the giant Miravalles volcano, Estancia enjoys unsurpassable views and its own micro-climate. Estancia is a true paradise on Earth, there is nothing like Estancia anywhere.

Our ultimate goal is to become Costa Rica’s best green vacation and retirement community and we are working towards that goal in spite of the current economic conditions.

The project is composed of 4 phases as follows:

Phase I- Natural Spa with the Meso American Healing Experience, this is now completed.

Phase II- Commercial Center with an anchor Super Market, a Medical and a Dental Clinic, an Art Gallery and a Dance Studio

Phase III- Entertainment and Convention Center, where a Churrasqueria, Pizzeria, Bakery, Movie House, Event Salons and Sports Courts will be housed.

Phase IV- Independent Living Facilities, for those who wish to retire in comfort and have their daily needs taken care of by Estancia Staff.

A Homeowners Association has been formed to maintain the standards of the community.
